About Preschool Social Academy:
The Preschool Social Academy uses the MA Curriculum Frameworks as a thematic curriculum in our Reggio-inspired classrooms to create a wonderfully enjoyable environment where teachers are encouraged to grow and succeed. We have taken all of the necessary precautions through COVID and have had zero cases at the school. We are now excited to be able to open a new Kindergarten classroom and a new Preschool classroom. We did all of this in response to Town demand.
About the Role:
Do you love little ones? Does your heart just melt when you look down at those little faces? Do we have the job for you! We are looking to grow our team at our preschool in Winchester. Our school is Reggio-inspired but also has a focus on academics. Come grow with us as we outfit our classrooms both indoor and out! We’re looking for experienced Teachers to come join our team. Are you a teacher who actually wants to teach lessons to the children? A teacher who believes children are capable of so much more than what many of the places you’ve been teaching at expect out of them?
We are looking to grow our team by hiring part time and full-time educators.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Minimum qualifications-- must be EEC teacher qualified for toddler and/or preschool.
Lead Teacher qualified
Education:
Associates or Bachelors in early childhood education preferred.

Benefits:
We offer flexible hours, very competitive salary starting at $17/hour and better than the EEC (State) required ratios. Employees are given earned time (includes vacation, sick, and personal time) as well as paid time off for major holidays and the days between Christmas and New Year’s off and paid for "Winter Break!"
The school closes for (Winchester Public School) snow days and staff are paid. The school also pays for necessary professional development. We pride ourselves in having a wonderful community of families as well as an extremely supportive staff, who work very collaboratively together. Teacher treats (seltzer, Keurig, chocolate, potluck lunches and "bagel days"), staff meetings as dinners out. We celebrate a work life balance here. Days and time off are encouraged!
